The model works similar to that of a mortgage or insurance broker, we only get paid on a ‘pay-on-success model’.
- Should you decide to engage a pre-qualified property agent who has been referred by our company, then we will charge the real estate company a fee but only when your property sells. If for any reason your property does not sell then we along with your property agent do not get paid.
- All property agents are thoroughly vetted by our company before we refer them, but the property agent still needs to prove themselves to you, our vendor and work hard to gain your business. They will know they need to be competitive so they will offer a more competitive package in order to secure your business. This is a huge benefit for our vendors.
- We charge a set fee equal to 10% of the agents total commission for the sale of your property. Industry standard for property referrals is usually 20% but we like to keep our agents incentivised to provide you with a premium service.

Do you work with specific Real Estate agencies?
We have no affiliation with any particular real estate agency, we work with all agents to qualify who are the top agents in each area and property type. The top agents that we work with and ultimately refer to our clients may be working under any one of the many agencies throughout Australia. We focus on the agent first, and then qualify the agency and their team so you get the top agent and teaam to assist you with the sale of our property.
